A passionate nature writer who loves this glorious planet -- the varied and breathtaking flora and fauna -- who seeks out off-the-grid adventure and gems hidden beneath the surface.

I'm working to make the world a better place through photos and articles that captivate, teach and inspire... so much so that people don't even realize they've just gobbled up 300 words on Pacific Salmon, extinct mollusks or even lowly sloths.
