You know that person that travels 'a bit' and takes a lot of photos on a trip?  And the person who can write a ton of funny stuff and includes all of those whacky photos and video's along the way?  Oh...and does it all in near real time?

Yup, that's me.

So here's the deal - if you send me to Antarctica, I'll be blogging it like you've never seen anyone blog it before.  We're talking a big ole pile of posts each day with every medium I can send from the ship.  And I'm not just talking the 'normal' photos people take on these trips either, I'm going to scam my way into all sorts of interesting places on the ship too to give you the behind the scenes view as well.  I mean, you're sending me there to capture the good stuff - so I'm gonna give you the good stuff!

Of course, I like to swim, bike and run a too - so we're gonna try and get some of that action in there as well.  A miniature one-person triathlon right in between the penguins.  Yes, rumor is the water is sorta cold, but what's a bit of cold water for the trip of a lifetime?

As for the great outdoors - you're not going to find someone else who enjoys it as much as I do!  I grew up in the Pacific Northwest hiking around the mountains and skiing every weekend.  I've kayaked through the South Pacific islands of Palua, and been diving with great white sharks in South Africa.
